Relavo Job Notifications — an optional alert program for your team.
When a customer calls your business and Relavo answers, we deliver the job details — caller name, callback number, service address, and the reported issue — so your team can respond. Urgent calls, like no heat in freezing weather, are flagged. Messages may include a link to a job detail page on relavo.ai.
Every job notification is delivered by email by default. You can use Relavo completely without anyone receiving a text message. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of buying Relavo, creating an account, or receiving any part of the service, and declining them does not change the service your business receives.
Each person enrols themselves. We never add someone else's number, and a business owner cannot enrol their staff.

Only after that confirmation will that number receive job notifications.
Reply STOP to any message to end all messages immediately. You will get one confirmation and nothing further. You can also be removed by emailing support@relavo.ai.
