These terms govern use of Relavo, an AI phone answering service operated by Treun LLC ("we", "us"). By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to them.
Relavo answers inbound phone calls on behalf of your business using an automated AI assistant. It answers questions about your business, collects caller details, and delivers those details to you by email. Text message notifications are available as an optional extra for individual staff who choose to enrol themselves — see Text message notifications.
Relavo is not an emergency service. If a caller reports a gas leak, carbon monoxide alarm, fire, or medical emergency, the assistant instructs them to leave the building and call 911 or their utility. It does not dispatch emergency services. You remain responsible for your own emergency response procedures.
The assistant does not diagnose problems, quote prices, or guarantee appointment times unless you have configured it to share that information.
Program name: Relavo Job Notifications
Description: When a customer calls your business and Relavo answers, we send the job details — caller name, callback number, service address, and the reported issue — to your team so they can respond. Messages may include a link to a job detail page on relavo.ai.
Text messages are optional. Job notifications are delivered by email by default, and you can use Relavo fully without anyone receiving a text message. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using the service. If an individual owner, dispatcher, or technician wants notifications by text as well, that person opts in themselves by texting START to their business's Relavo number from their own phone. We never enroll a number on someone else's behalf.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on your call volume. You will receive one message per qualifying call.

To stop messages: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance at the plan rate shown at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third-party telecom and AI providers, and may be affected by their outages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost revenue from a missed or mishandled call.

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
